1. Immersion rope Washing machine
The immersion rope washing machine, also known as the commonly used rope dyeing machine, has limited washing effect due to its short immersion time and requires multiple tank connections. The fabric is subjected to high tension and is not suitable for warp knitted fabrics.
2. Dip rolling loose Rope washing machine
The essence of immersion rolling during the washing process is to enhance the exchange between the dirty liquid in the fabric and the clean liquid outside. After the fabric is rolled, the dirt inside the fabric is pressed out, and then the relatively clean washing solution is sucked in during immersion, gradually separating the dirt in the fabric.
The immersion type loose rope washing machine is often composed of 3-5 grooves, and the fabric is introduced into the groove in a circular shape Successively pass through 3-5 slots, immerse in the slot at once and wash between two rolling rolls, and finally discharge the fabric after passing through the small rolling mill. In order to avoid creases or increased shrinkage caused by pressing the fabric rope, some rubber rollers are inflated, called "inflatable rollers".
The groove is made of cast iron, with an open upper opening and a curved groove bottom. The tank is equipped with perforated partitions, which can increase the flow of reverse water and improve the immersion capacity. The upper part of the partition is equipped with distribution rods to separate the grooves with cloth rings. There is a direct steam pipe installed under the partition for heating the washing solution. The tank side is equipped with an inlet pipe and an overflow port, and the tank bottom is equipped with a drain plug. A square roller is installed at the entry point of the rope like fabric into the groove, which swings the fabric into the groove.
3. Overflow rope washing machine
The fabric passes through the guide roller in a rope shape and enters the overflow groove. The overflow groove is a double-layer groove with a low inner edge and a high outer edge. The washing solution is introduced from the bottom of the outer groove, and then overflows from the edge of the inner groove into the fabric pipeline. The fabric is introduced into the fabric pipeline by the potential difference of overflow. When the fabric is exported from the pipeline, the volume rapidly expands, the flow rate decreases, the fabric loosens, and then passes through the immersion tank in a bent shape.
The advantages of overflow rope washing machine are: the fabric constantly changes position during operation, without producing dead wrinkles; The fabric moves smoothly and is not scratched; Uniform temperature distribution; Good fluffy effect; Less power consumption; Wash solution is easy to update; The equipment is not contaminated and easy to clean.
The overflow rope washing machine can be used alone or in combination with several tanks, and can also be used in conjunction with other types of immersion washing machines to enhance washing efficiency and improve production efficiency.
4. Jet rope washing machine
The most commonly used jet rope washing machine in China's dyeing and finishing process is the jet dyeing machine. Using it to wash knitted fabrics can save equipment investment and achieve good results, but it is an intermittent production with low efficiency.
