Today, we will focus on the installation requirements and steps of industrial washing machines:
1: Installation preparation
(1) Equipment inspection
Upon receipt of the device, please conduct an immediate inspection. If any damage is found and confirmed to have been caused during transportation, please contact our company or distributor.
(2) Basic requirements
The cement foundation for installing equipment must be able to withstand twice the weight of the equipment. If you have doubts about the load capacity of the cement foundation installed on the products provided by our company, please contact the local architectural design department.
(3) Basic layout requirements
a ： The determination of the basic position must ensure that the distance between the rear and both sides of the equipment after installation and the wall or obstacle is about 800 millimeters. A main drainage ditch is installed at the foot of the rear wall to ensure the discharge of wastewater.
b ： If two or more industrial washing machines of the same model are arranged in parallel, the relative spacing between the industrial Washing machines must be at least 600 millimeters. If there is enough space in the laundry room, it is better to have a spacing of at least 800 millimeters for the maintenance and repair of the industrial washing machines.
2: Lifting and transportation
There are 80mm diameter lifting holes on the left and right sides of the middle rear wall panel of the industrial washing machine. By inserting the lifting hook into this hole, you can
The whole machine can be lifted. If there is no lifting equipment, pipes can be used to pad it under the frame within a short distance, and it can be rolled and transported to the foundation for positioning.
3. Installation of industrial washing machine
There are four anchor bolt holes on the foundation of the machine. After the industrial washing machine is in place, adjust the level of the industrial washing machine at the left, right and front, fill the four holes and the gap between the bottom of the industrial washing machine and the foundation with concrete, and tighten the anchor bolts after the concrete is dry.
4: Electricity supply
This machine requires a power supply (three-phase four wire) with a rated frequency of 50HZ and a rated voltage of 380V, and a control switch with a rated current greater than the requirements of the industrial washing machine motor must be installed on the wall (please refer to the main technical parameters table of this machine for specific requirements) before the cable can be connected to the industrial washing machine.
5: Hot and cold water supply
There is one inlet for hot and cold water in this device. If the user does not have hot water conditions, the cold water inlet can be connected to the main water supply pipe. Usually, a manual valve with the same diameter should be installed before the hot and cold water inlet to supply water before morning washing and close it after work is completed.
6: Steam supply
This machine is equipped with a steam interface, and a manual valve should be installed in front of the inlet to supply steam before morning washing and close it after work is completed.
7: Compressed air supply
This machine requires a compressed air source with a pressure of not less than 0.5mpa. The outer diameter of the connecting pipe on the industrial Water washing machine is 8mm. It is recommended that users use an oxygen delivery pipe with an inner diameter of 7.5mm.
8: Dismantle the left and right fixed brackets used for transporting industrial washing machines. (Open the box covers on both sides and mark them with red paint)
