(1) Pay attention to personal and machine safety. Before disassembling an industrial Washing machine, first unplug the power cord to prevent accidental contact with live parts. (4) During the disassembly process, pay attention to the thread direction of the threaded connection. Generally, it is a right-handed thread. If it is tightened and then continued to rotate or apply force in the opposite direction, it will cause damage to the threaded connection.
(5) After removing the faulty components, a re inspection should be conducted to analyze whether they can be repaired and reused. For components with short service life or failure to meet performance requirements after repair, new parts should be replaced.
(6) If the motor burns out and needs to be replaced, the cause of the motor burning out should be identified at the same time. If the motor winding is burned due to water leakage, the water leakage fault should be eliminated at the same time. If the engine is burned due to a short circuit or blockage, the cause of the short circuit or blockage should be identified and the fault should be eliminated to ensure that such faults do not occur again.
(7) The assembly of industrial washing machines is difficult to disassemble, therefore, when assembling repaired industrial washing machines, it is necessary to be strict and careful, paying attention to the relationship and position between various components and parts during disassembly.
(8) After assembly, lubricating grease should be applied to parts with relative motion to change the friction state and extend the service life. After assembly, the power should be turned on and a no-load operation test should be conducted to observe whether the operation status is normal and whether the faults in the repair parts have been eliminated. After confirming that there are no errors, it can be used again.
