In summer, many customers will consult this question: Can industrial Dehydrators withstand high temperatures? Yes, in summer, the temperature will rise. For various food factories, yarn factories, textile factories and other places, there are often some high-temperature items that need to be dehydrated and spin dried using industrial dehydrators, such as fried foods and dyed sandpaper. This will lead to some doubts about whether industrial dehydrators can withstand high temperatures? Will there be any discomfort when drying high temperature, high calorie foods or items? Will it also have an impact on the dried material?

Objectively speaking, for an industrial dehydrator, it is an industrial equipment that is different from traditional household dehydrators made of plastic. Its inner cylinder, outer shell, and drainage pipe are all made of steel, so there is no need to worry about its high temperature resistance. Moreover, the inner cylinder and outer shell of current industrial dehydrators, which come into contact with the dried material, are mostly made of SUS201 and SUS304 stainless steel, also known as austenitic stainless steel or heat-resistant stainless steel. Therefore, there is no need to worry about their high temperature resistance performance.

However, it should also be noted that for some traditional industrial dehydrators, there may still be some rubber parts inside, such as various seals and rubber rings. When high-temperature objects come into contact with them, it not only causes damage to the components, but also pollutes the dried objects.
