Troubleshooting of Dehydration Machine
2025-04-16 11:15:02

The possible faults of Centrifugal dewatering machine are mainly the shaking of the centrifugal tank, which may not only cause the buffer rod to break and the bearing to wear out, but also cause the tank to fly and the motor to burn out in severe cases. Therefore, when there is a phenomenon of normal shaking, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for maintenance. The causes and treatment methods of centrifugal dewatering machine failures are introduced as follows:

(1) Centrifugal tank shaking

1. The silk cake is not evenly packed, resulting in different weights of the load on various parts of the centrifuge tank. Immediately stop and make adjustments upon discovery.

2. The centrifugal tank itself is unbalanced and experiences weight loss. It should be parked for maintenance.

3. Inconsistent adjustment of the buffer rod and bearing wear have caused the centrifugal tank to lose balance. It should be parked for maintenance.

(2) The startup time is too long

1. The brake pedal is too tight. After the car is stable, release the brake and gently rotate the centrifugal tank with your hand. If the rotation is not flexible, adjust the brake pad.

2. Bearing wear. It should be parked for maintenance.

3. When the power supply voltage decreases, the motor power decreases. After the voltage drops by 10%, the vehicle should be stopped immediately.

4. Too much silk cake is loaded. We should park and reduce the loading capacity.

5. The brake is not fully released, resulting in excessive starting resistance. Strict precautions should be taken during operation.

(3) Braking time too long

This is due to loose or worn brake pads. After the car comes to a complete stop, remove all the silk cakes and push on the brake device. If the centrifugal tank can still be rotated by hand, replace or adjust the brake pad.
