Maintenance process of Industrial Washing Machine

1. Daily maintenance

(1) Before daily use, it is necessary to check the water supply and drainage pipelines, steam pipelines, and pneumatic control pipelines of the equipment for leaks and maintain normal working pressure.

(2) The operator should keep the surface of the machine clean. Before use, the door sealing ring and cage mouth should be cleaned of debris.

(3) After using the Washing machine, power and gas should be cut off. Remove the accumulated water in the cage and open the door to prevent moisture and freezing, extending the life of the rubber seal ring.

(4) Pay attention to whether the door interlocking device is working properly when using it every day.

2 weekly maintenance

(1) Check the tightness of the belt, and adjust or replace it promptly if it is too loose.

(2) Check whether the vibration micro switch is in normal working condition and ensure that the equipment can be effectively stopped when it vibrates.

Monthly maintenance for 3 months

(1) Remove the back cover, check if the motor is damp, if the temperature rise is normal, if there is any blockage in the drainage pipeline, and recheck the belt tension.

(2) Check if the liquid level control is normal. Is the pneumatic hose sealed and leak free.

(3) Clean the accumulated material on the filter mesh inside the installed filter on the pipeline.

4. Maintenance every six months

(1) Check if the electrical components inside the distribution box are functioning properly and remove any dust from the drive plate of the frequency converter.

(2) Check all control components: pneumatic valves, pilot valves, pressure reducing valves, water valves, etc. for necessary cleaning.

(3) Check if the bearings are loose, if there are any abnormal noises inside, and conduct timely maintenance.

(4) Check for wear, misalignment, or breakage of the buffer components, and adjust and replace them promptly if necessary.

Note: Computers and frequency converters do not require maintenance. If there is a malfunction, please promptly seek repair from our company or professional personnel. Common faults and troubleshooting methods: Analysis of fault symptoms and troubleshooting methods: The machine does not start The power supply is not working Control switch malfunction The computer is not working The frequency converter is not outputting a drive signal Check the external air switch and fuse and repair or replace them Check for damaged or detached wires and reconnect them Check if the door proximity switch is functioning properly and readjust the spacing or replace it Check if the vibration switch has been activated and readjusted to the appropriate stroke. Check if there is any output indication for the relevant links. If there is no indication, notify the manufacturer;

If necessary, check whether the corresponding peripheral control components or output lines are normal.
